What is Reiki Energy Healing
​
I am traditionally trained and am a certified Master Trainer in Usui and Karina Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.These modalities give your body a break from the stresses of daily life. A treatment feels like a wonderful radiant energy is flowing through and around you. Energy Healing treats the whole person including the physical, mental emotional and spiritual - resulting in many benefits that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing.

What is Biofield Tuning
I am formally trained and certified as a Biofield Tuning Practitioner. Using tuning forks, the biofield is "combed" to identify and shift any areas where there is density or dissonant noise. The pure tone of the activated fork helps calm and recalibrate the various systems of the body. Using a pendulum, the area of focus is identified for each session.
What is Sound Healing

I am formally trained and certified in one-on-one Sound Healing. Sound healing is a gentle, holistic practice that uses the vibration of instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and chimes to bring the body, mind and spirit back into balance. These vibrations can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and support natural healing by restoring harmony to the body's energy field. Many people find sound healing deeply relaxing, leaving them with a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and wellbeing.
WHAT TO EXPECT
​Energy flow respects free will and will not heal or advance to higher states unless we invite it to do so. We begin by setting the intention to bring in the purest light and love to heal. We will discuss the overall type of session that is desired. It might be pure Reiki, Sound Healing, a standard Biofield Tuning session or a combination. You will lay on the table (fully clothed) and close your eyes when comfortable. As you relax, I work with the energy as it presents itself, connecting with my spirit guides and angels.
While I follow a healing protocol learned during my Reiki, Sound Healing and Biofield Tuning training, I intuitively modify and adjust as needed, spending more time in areas where energy may be blocked. During a Reiki session, the energy will flow through my hands which will be placed above or near your body in a series of hand positions. These include areas around the chakras, head, shoulders, heart, solar plexus, hips, knees and feet. Each position is held depending on how much of an energy adjustment you need in that area. During a Biofield Tuning session, I work with tuning forks to help untangle and reset energy in your biofield (aura). At times, Light Language will come forward to assist with emotional or energy blocks.
During a session you might feel heat, tingling or a pull/push as stagnant energy is moved. After the session, we will share any messages, visions or colors that might have been experienced. These are aways loving and peaceful!
