About me

 

As a Creative Arts Practitioner and Certified Life Coach, I help people get unstuck, shift their mindset, get clear on their goals, and take inspired action to live the life they desire. For over five years I have helped people of all ages in different stages of life build their own vision boards. Even more important, I have been using vision boards myself for over ten years to help me stay focused and live a balanced life.

I had lived a corporate life for more than 25 years:  high pressure, high stress, unhealthy foods, too much caffeine, long hours, late nights, lots of travel and not much time for self-care. I’ve always been driven and my transition from the fast-paced corporate world to being an artist in 2012 was a tough one. There were so many possibilities and I jumped from one thing to the next. Soon my explorations and lack of focus became frustrating as I searched for purpose and happiness. Using vision boards helped me focus and get more clarity on my goals and how I wanted to live my life.

About the Workshop

 

When you do something because you feel a strong inner urge,that gut instinct leads to inspired action! Using a vision board is more than just having a list of goals and working through it, it brings you into alignment with what you want.

This Vision Board Mini-Workshop will take you through the steps to create a vision board, understand Wheel of Life categories, envision goals and how to take inspired to action achieve them. You will have fun creating vision boards for one or more areas of your life where you want to shift to something different. It’s time to create the life you’ve always dreamed of!

Visualization is one of the most powerful mental exercises you can do. According to many popular books, the law of attraction is about how to form your life experience through your thoughts. When you are visualizing, you are emitting a powerful frequency out into the Universe! Creating a space that holds what you want actually does bring it to life. A popular saying is “where focus goes, energy flows” and areas where we focus expand. When you create a vision board and place it where you see it often, you are essentially staying focused on what you want by consciously and subconsciously doing short visualization exercises throughout the day.

 

So, what's the big secret to creating a vision board that works? It's simple: Your vision board should focus on how you want to feel, not just on material things that you think you want. While it's great to include images of the material things, the more your board focuses on how you want to feel, the more it will come to life.

 

Vision boards are amazing. They are more than just cutting and sticking a few things from a magazine and hoping that they will manifest.  Vision Boards help you focus on what you want to achieve in life, intentions you want to set and goals you want to reach.  Once created, you need to put some work into making them really work for you; it’s not something to do once, never look at again and file away in a drawer. 

 

Vision Boards and the work that goes into them can help you cultivate a positive mindset, something I work on regularly with my clients.
